At Spooky Costume Store, we want every costume to bring as much joy as finding the perfect outfit for your special occasion! Whether you’re rocking our 50s poodle skirts, transforming into an alien creature, or becoming your favorite animal character, we stand behind the quality of our costumes.

If your costume doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, we’re here to help make it right. Our returns process is designed to be as straightforward as finding that perfect 80s neon outfit in our collection!

⏰ Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you plenty of time to try on your costume and ensure it’s perfect for your event.

✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• In original condition with tags attached
• Unworn and unwashed
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by your original receipt or order confirmation

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Animal Masks (for hygiene reasons)
• Accessories that have been removed from original packaging
• Opened or used costume makeup
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Please note: This is based on our product categories including Animal Masks and Accessories from our menu, which for hygiene reasons cannot be returned once opened.

📦 Return Process – 4 Easy Steps

1. Contact Us – Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Get Authorization – We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
3. Pack Your Items – Include all original tags and packaging with your Return Authorization Number clearly visible

💳 Refund Information

Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item

Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.

🌍 International Returns

Since we ship worldwide (excluding select remote areas in Asia and other remote locations), international customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
