All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (September-October), processing may take slightly longer.

Returns & Exchanges
At Spooky Costume Store, we want every costume to bring as much joy as finding the perfect outfit for your special occasion! If your costume doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, we’re here to help make it right.
Return Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you plenty of time to try on your costume and ensure it’s perfect for your event.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by your original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Animal Masks (for hygiene reasons)
- Accessories that have been removed from original packaging
- Opened or used costume makeup
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Based on our product categories including Animal Masks and Accessories from our menu, which for hygiene reasons cannot be returned once opened.

- Get Authorization – We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Pack Your Items – Include all original tags and packaging with your Return Authorization Number clearly visible

Refund Information

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.
International Returns
Since we ship worldwide (excluding select remote areas in Asia and other remote locations), international customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
