We strive to accurately display our costumes and accessories, including our collections of 50s costumes, 60s outfits, 70s costumes, 80s costumes, 90s outfits, and all our themed character costumes. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and provide a refund for that item.

Age Restrictions

Some costumes may contain small parts not suitable for children under 3 years. Please supervise children when using our products.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This represents our acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and Spooky Costume Store.

Pricing

Order Cancellation

4. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (September-October), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping – Available on orders of $50 or more via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide, excluding select remote areas in Asia and other remote locations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Delivery Issues

While we provide tracking information, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control (customs, weather, etc.). If your package appears lost, contact us within 30 days of shipment.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• In original condition with tags attached
• Unworn and unwashed
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by your original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Animal Masks (for hygiene reasons)
• Accessories that have been removed from original packaging
• Opened or used costume makeup
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Return Process

Follow these 4 easy steps for returns:

2. We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
3. Pack your items with all original tags and packaging

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
